Junior Ballet programme runs on Mondays in Staines 4.45 pm this one hour class incorprates ballet and gymnastic dance in the vaganova method. Suitable as part of the Junior programme or one class on it's own.  LG Ballet Centre — Junior Ballet Programme Boys & Girls | Ages 5–9 Years LG Ballet Centre is an outstanding school for young children, offering a beautifully structured introduction to classical ballet rooted in the world-renowned Vaganova training method. Our Junior Ballet Programme welcomes boys and girls aged 5 to 9 years, providing a richly grounded foundation in classical technique from the very first class. Flexibility training is introduced early and consistently throughout the programme, laying essential physical foundations for the more demanding work required as young dancers progress.  Classes are available once a week or multiple times per week, allowing families to choose the level of commitment that suits their child. For those wishing to train at a higher level, an elite pathway is available with 3 to 4 classes per week, offering accelerated development for the dedicated young dancer. The programme provides excellent preparation for auditions to the Royal Ballet School and other leading vocational institutions, for those families who wish to pursue this path — though above all, our aim is to nurture each child's love of dance and give them the strongest possible start.
